For the month of January, The Vermilion Club will be donating 10% of non-alcoholic cocktail sales to The Urban Farming Institute, a non-profit organization that transforms neglected land into functioning urban farms in the Boston area. They provide farmer training, create green-collar jobs, and engage urban communities in building a healthy, local food system.
